General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of PikoPako

1:Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between PikoPako and its customers in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded. They concern all deliveries and services that PikoPako offers.

2:Conclusion of contract

The contract between the customer and PikoPako is concluded through the customer's order and the subsequent acceptance by PikoPako. The order is placed by filling out and submitting the online order form. PikoPako confirms receipt of the order by sending a confirmation email.

3:Prices and payment terms

All prices quoted are final prices and include VAT. Payment is made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer at the customer's choice. PikoPako reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods

4:Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer. PikoPako endeavors to keep delivery times as short as possible, but is not liable for delays caused by third parties. The risk passes to the customer as soon as the goods are handed over to the transport service provider.

5:Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation must be sent in writing to the address given in the legal notice. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient.

6: Warranty

Warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, the customer has the right to subsequent performance (removal of defects or replacement delivery). If subsequent performance fails, the customer can demand a reduction or withdraw from the contract.

7:Liability

PikoPako is only liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. In the case of simple negligence, PikoPako is only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). Liability is limited to foreseeable damage that is typical for the contract.

8:Data Protection

The collection, processing and use of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the applicable data protection laws and PikoPako's privacy policy.

9:Final provisions

If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become ineffective, the rest of the contract remains effective. The relevant statutory provisions apply in place of the invalid provision. German law applies to the exclusion of the UN purchase law.
